Full Set Lady Insignia Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem consists of 

• 1 piece Neck Insignia with Cross of Godfrey enamelled in red (3.5 cm.), surmounted by gold bow in place of the military trophy on a 3,5 cm wide narrow black watered silk ribbon;
• 1 piece Miniature Insignia with a small cross of rank suspended from a narrow black silk ribbon which itself is suspended from a small gold pin enameled with stripes of gold and white, the colors of the Holy See

The Insignia for Lady Holy Sepulchre Jerusalem (LHS) are made in Italy using the traditional sacred gold working techniques in the Progetto Liturgico workshops..
