The buttons for the Holy Sepulcher cape for the Lieutenancy of Sicily

The buttons for the Holy Sepulcher Cape are provided only for the Italy-Sicily lieutenancy. They are made of gilded metal and bear the red enamelled cross of Jerusalem on the top.

They can be easily applied to the neck of the Holy Sepulcher Cloak thanks to the pin closure.
