The Insignia for Knight of Magistral Grace in Obedience Order of Malta are composed by:

• The Neck Insignia for Knight of Magistral Grace in Obedience Order of Malta consists of a black silk collar of 50 mm height, with , in the centre, a Bow with two knots and queues, charged by the escutcheon of 17x14 mm with a white enamelled Latin Cross formy of 52 mm with four forked, white enamelled arms, cantoned by four golden fleurs-de-lis, surmounted by a Golden royal Crown.

• The Miniature for Knight of Magistral Grace in Obedience Order of Malta is the reproduction of the Cross of 16 mm, surmounted by a Bow which is charged by the escutcheon and the Crown, hanging from a black silk ribbon of 13 mm.

• The rosette for the Knight of Magistral Grace in Obedience Order of Malta is composed by the octagonal cross with four white fleurs-de-lis in the centre of a black silk rosette of 12 mm.

• The Cross of Profession for Knight of Magistral Grace in Obedience Order of Malta is a white enamelled octagonal cross of 55 mm, cantoned by four golden leurs-de-lis with, on the back, a pin to be used for a plaque.
