The Miniature Insignia for Knight Grand Cross Holy Sepulchre (KGCHS) consists of a small eight pointed silver star charged with a large Jerusalem cross is worn on the left breast. It is suspended from a narrow black silk ribbon. It has the appearance of a traditional miniature military medal and is worn in place of the neck insignia.

This Miniature Insignia for Knight Grand Cross Holy Sepulchre (KGCHS) is made in Italy using the traditional sacred gold working techniques in the Progetto Liturgico workshops.
