The Original "Over the shoulder" band for Knight Grand Cross Holy Sepulchre Insignia (KGCHS) is worn diagonally over the right shoulder with the Jerusalem cross on the left hip. 

The band and star are only worn with formal attire (white tie and tails).
The band is worn under the waistcoat except in the presence of a head of state; in which case it is worn over the waistcoat.

This "Over the sholulder" band is not provided of the the Cross of Godfrey of Bouillon enamelled in red (5 cm.), surmounted by a Military Trophy.
