The baroque chalice with the symbols of passion

The PL109 baroque chalice is made entirely of 925 silver. The style is typical baroque, with scrolls and floral motifs among which the embossed angel heads find their place and stand out. It is a slender, imposing liturgical chalice, chiseled entirely by hand by the skilled hands of our craftsmen. The volumes of the chiseled elements are highlighted thanks to the particular silver processing.

The gilded silver cup is surmounted by a richly chiseled under-cup, from which emerge the heads of three angels, made with the embossing technique.

We find the motif of the angels both on the stem and on the base of the baroque chalice, where we find engraved some symbols of the Passion of Christ, such as the column of the scourge, the dice, the crown of thorns.
