The silver chalice with lamb and bunches of grapes
The PL136 silver chalice is a very precious and simple chalice in its beauty.
The whole chalice is decorated with expertly hand-chiseled Baroque motifs. We find embossed bunches of grapes on the undercup and on the base, surrounded by spirals of acanthus leaves and other floral motifs.
The decorative element that gives particularity to this silver chalice is the wonderfully engraved lamb on the undercup.
